We realize that prompt retreivals and deliveries are extremely important considerations for those clients who need their documents in a timely manner. For this reason we offer guaranteed 3 hour delivery of records (within the downtown area) at no additional charge.
As well, there is no charge for picking up your new file boxes and accessing them into our document storage system. We even provide free local delivery of any file boxes which you may choose to purchase from us - we offer a very sturdy file box with a seperate lid, as well as the standard 1-piece file box with the fold over lid, at a reasonable price. |
A little about our facility...
Butler Box & Storage Inc.'s facility is a one level concrete structure at a convenient downtown location. Our facility is fully alarmed for both intrusion and fire and is monitored at all times.
Video cameras are strategically positioned at all entrance doors and throughout the building so as to oversee all movement. In the interest of confidentiality, public access beyond the reception area is not permitted. Clients are welcome to use a viewing room by appointment.
